On the day of arrival, you can enjoy lunch at FelsenGraf from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available starting at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Our guests have free parking.
Your entitlement to services ends at check-out at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please send us a quick message.
Room cancellations must be made in writing.
For rebookings made up to 14 days before arrival, a processing fee of €25 applies.
For reservations that are not honored or are arrived at late, we must charge for the loss of business; the same applies to early departures.
Services not utilized will not be refunded.
Every booking includes cancellation protection (cancellation protection is automatically included at the time of booking).
We prefer payment in cash or by debit card.
We are required to collect the visitor’s tax set by the municipality.
We recommend that you book your beauty and wellness treatments before your trip.
All prices become invalid upon the publication of a new price list.

Felsenland Cancellation Protection

In extraordinary times like these, it is important to have rules in place, but we will apply them on a case-by-case basis and with flexibility—for the benefit of our guests. Up to 14 days before arrival, only a processing fee of €25.00 applies. Cancellations after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the room cannot be sold to another guest, we reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the booked accommodation cost as well as the cost of any booked beauty and wellness treatments. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures.

Starting immediately, we are offering our cancellation protection for only €3.00 per person per day. Up to 3 days before arrival, only the cancellation protection fee and a processing fee apply. Within 3 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the accommodation cost if the booked room cannot be resold, as well as 50% of the cost of booked beauty and wellness treatments!

The Felsenland Cancellation Protection is automatically included with your reservation, costs 3 euros per person/night (children up to 15 years of age are covered under their parents’ policy and are not charged separately), and protects you in the following cases:

in the event of illness prior to departure – applies to each person. Please note: For a medically justified cancellation, we require written confirmation from the attending physician. Please note that existing chronic illnesses are only covered if they unexpectedly become acute.
in the event of an accident before and during your journey
in the event of a death in the immediate family
in the event of a delay through no fault of your own, e.g., due to force majeure or significant damage to personal property

Please contact us if you are unable to arrive; we are confident that we can find a solution for your existing booking. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reconsider your trip for your own safety and ours.
